Here is the latest painting I have in progress in the studio. This is not my first time with acrylic paints, but it is the first time in probably 30 years. Not only that, but it is a COLLABORATION! I was able to get Emily’s help with this and in fact her little doodle, the “scales”, is one of the central features of the piece. We started with marker and then began filling in with acrylic paint on canvas. I will go back in with marker and more acrylic paint as the painting evolves. Updated 01.25.2023.
